Protecting your personal data

Maison Sven takes particular care to protect your personal data. This policy explains what data is collected, for what purpose and how it is used.

Data collected

The site itself collects no personal data: it has no forms and no accounts. Data is only collected in two cases:

  • when you book, through the Lodgify booking box and its payment page: first and last name, email address, phone number, booking details and payment details, handled by Stripe;
  • when you email us: your address and the content of your message.

The site’s host, Cloudflare, keeps technical logs, including IP addresses, to keep the site secure and running.

Purposes

The data collected is used to:

  • handle booking requests;
  • follow up on stays;
  • answer contact requests;
  • provide the services offered on the site;
  • meet legal and accounting obligations.

Retention

Data is kept only for as long as strictly needed for these purposes and to meet the applicable legal obligations.

Sharing

Data may be passed only to the providers needed to deliver the services:

  • Lodgify;
  • Stripe;
  • StyQR;
  • Cloudflare, site hosting;
  • technical and accounting providers.

No personal data is sold to third parties.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement or advertising tools. It only remembers, for the length of the visit, that the opening animation has already played.

On the apartment pages, the booking box is loaded from Lodgify’s servers, which then receive your IP address, and it stores one technical item in your browser. Payment takes place on Lodgify’s site, under its own cookie policy.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

  • right of access;
  • right to rectification;
  • right to erasure;
  • right to restriction of processing;
  • right to object;
  • right to data portability.
